Your own dedicated UK team Read

When you join Xebox you are allocated to a small team led by your own personal manager as your main contact. Your personal manager becomes known to you and will become familiar with your business; your personal manager is there to ensure you receive a personal service from the team and your questions are answered promptly and with regard to your circumstances.

Your physical records are kept within the UK; processed by properly trained staff and fully supervised by chartered accountants.

VAT Returns included Read

Our standard service includes quarterly VAT accounting using the accruals (invoice basis), cash accounting and / or the Flat Rate Scheme. The following are available optional extras:

Fully accessible and exportable Read

Paper based records are scanned and together with electronic documents submitted are stored where they can be viewed online or downloaded in PDF format. Accounting transactions can be traced directly to the scanned document with full audit trail.

Electronic formats fully compliant with Companies Acts, VAT and Taxation regulations. Scanned records can be securely destroyed, (standard service includes 3 month storage before secure shredding) or you can opt for them to be returned.

We guarantee that your records are processed and reconciled* within 10 working days provided we have received your records on time according to the subscribed service. Our standard service is monthly.

We are confident in our service. If you are not happy, and your personal Manager has not satisfactorily dealt with your problem, we will refund one month’s fee. See our service level guarantee.

*We will inform you by email once your records are processed and request additional information and explanations where this is necessary to complete our task.

ReadOnline sales invoicing and credit control: You can raise sales invoices online, email your customers and automate your statements as part of the standard service. We can offer an additional outsourced sales invoicing and credit control service where appropriate.

ReadDebtors and Creditors reconciled and accessible online: Full customer and supplier outstanding balance list are reconciled monthly and available online.

ReadManagement Accounts and special reports option: Your accounts are available online including management profit and loss and balance sheet reports. Specialist reports can be created as an option. Accounts can be printed, exported or downloaded

ReadUnlimited User access, including your accountant: You can invite any number of users to access your records, control what they can do and why not add your existing accountant.
