We understand the need to keep your books properly because further down the line your VAT Returns, monthly accounts, decision making and end of year tax are all based upon this core information. We see getting the basics right as a sort of partnership between us.

It’s our responsibility to record, control and reconcile the paperwork you send in, but it’s equally your responsibility to give us your paperwork on time and as completely as possible. Our mutual obligations to each other build a form partnership with the aim of producing reliable business accounts.

We give you simple ways to provide the information we need and by talking to you personally we can reduce the typical problems that can be encountered. As we develop an understanding of each other’s needs and work together so you get more from our service.

When we need your help we ask, and we expect you to do the same, our service is about communication between us. We are after all real people doing a real job for you.

We reconcile your bank accounts, purchases and sales, cash and employee expenses every month. We publish through the accounting system lists of people you owe and who owes you and you can track the important numbers when you need to, we can even spot a few problems and help you work through those when its necessary.

We use the world’s most popular online system, Xero, to record and manage your accounts. You have access to the system and can provide your existing accountant access if you want.
